DID YOU KNOW THAT THE BIBLE WAS WRITTEN IN CODE???
What is Jesus teaching in this text???
From: “The Secret to God’s Light”
The woman at the well
John 4: 7-15 ‘There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, give me to drink. 8(For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat.) 9Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? For the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. 10Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. 11The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water? 12Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle? 13Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: 14But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. 15The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.’
Jesus asked the woman to give Him water to drink. Although He had His own water, He requested water from her; why did He do this? We should know that the water which Jesus referred to was the water of the word and not physical water. What some of us might not understand is that the water which Jesus demanded from the woman was also the word.
This is where most of us get confused when reading the Bible. Water will always remain the word. The only difference is that the Bible refers to the evil words as bitter or filthy water; and the Word from God as pure water.
Jesus was in possession of the pure water or teachings from God. But He was curious on how the woman was informed concerning the mysteries of God’s kingdom. Jesus, therefore asked her to give Him of her water first. In other words, Jesus asked the woman to explain to Him how she understood the teachings of God.
She told Him that they got their teachings from the well of Jacob, which was deep and therefore difficult to extract water from.
In Code: She told Jesus that the teachings of father Jacob was hard to understand, and that Jesus would not understand her teachings, as she did not understand it clearly herself. She told Jesus that they had to dig deep into the well before reaching water. In other words, people who does not understand the Bibles teachings spiritually, has to dig deep to gain some wisdom from it; or to quench the thirst of the souls. In code; the Bible will remain a deep well for those who do not understand the Bible spiritually.
She did not know that it was Jesus she was speaking to. The woman then replied, that the Jews and Samaritans did not communicate.
When people become Christian, they call themselves Jews or to have become Israelites. By this, we are saying that we have been spiritually reborn into the Jewish nation of Jesus. The meaning of the word Israel when translated is, ‘to rule with God.’
In code: The woman was from a different denomination than Jesus. She told Him that the Samaritans did not communicate with others who understood the teachings of God differently to the way their father Jacob taught them. This remained the same in some religions to this day.
Jesus knew that she was seeking the Messiah. He told her that He had the true word everybody was seeking. She was therefore not aware that He was the messiah and compared Jesus to Jacob. Jesus continued asking her questions (drinking of her water) communicating in Jacobs’s teachings as this was the doctrine which she was indoctrinated into.
Code: This means that she remained under the old covenant which God made with Israel in the time of Jacob. She did not live under the new covenant which came by Jesus Christ.
She told Jesus that He had nothing to hold the water with. What she was asking Him, was, whether he had a university degree? Her understanding was that if He had not studied the Bible, or if He was not taught by the wise, it would be almost impossible for Him to understand the Bibles hidden mysteries. Or; there would be no means by which He would be able to reach the water in the deep well.
To her understanding, the same as people today, solely those who are educated or studied at university have the wisdom to understand the teachings from the Bible. They would not listen to those who are not educated. In other words, she asked Jesus whether He had a degree. (Code for container) Being educated would therefore serve as a container to hold water or wisdom according to her.
The code for a well: People to whom the teachings of the Bible is revealed, becomes the well where others will drink from. We can also refer to the Bible as being a well, as this is another container of the written word which holds water. But seekers, who do not understand God’s teachings from the Bible, will find it to be a deep well. They therefore, have to dig deep into the Bible’s written words to find some water to quench the thirst.
Note: One has to remember that many spoken words might not have the power to quench one’s thirst. The preacher teaching the community might speak for two hours, and the thousands of spoken words could remain meaningless to the listeners. This will render the preacher as being a waterless well or waterless cloud. If the preachers words does not create light within us to lead us closer to God, they will remain waterless, or even lightless.
Jesus told her that He had the water of life. He was therefore the well she was longing to drink from and he assured her that she would not thirst again after drinking of His water.
This does not make sense when analysing the text literally. How is it possible to drink water once and never thirst again? We will always become thirsty after drinking water; after a while that is.
Jesus spoke in codes: He said that when she listened to His teachings, it would be made so clear to her understanding that she would not thirst for that which He had explained to her, ever again. She would thirst for God’s Word again yes, but solely for new teachings which He had not yet explained to her before. In other words; she would not understand the entire Bibles mysteries after Jesus educated her for a while; merely what she has been taught.
Moreover, after He revealed new teachings to her, she would again not thirst after what He explained to her; as she would understand it fully, and her thirst would once again be quenched. The soul therefore becomes thirsty when craving after the water which flows from God’s throne.
Jesus told her that she would also become a well of water springing up into everlasting life. What Jesus meant, was that she would understand His teachings so well in time, that she would also become a well where others could drink from. She would therefore be connected to God and become a mouthpiece through whom God would bring the living water to others; the same as Jesus.
I quoted a few extra texts from the Bible, to make the spirit code for water a little clearer to understand.
Proverbs 18: 4 ‘4The words of a man’s mouth are as deep waters, and the wellspring of wisdom as a flowing brook.’
Ephesians 5: 26 ‘That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word.’
James 3: 10-11 ‘Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be. 11Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?’
