Tomorrow we will continue from page 86 The family Shepherd and the parent. But First, I want us to continue on where Jesus can be found. Is He above the stars, or are we His temples. It cannot be both, We have to pray about these matters and find the truth. We have not much time to seek and find the Kingdom of God.
We are part of the Vine
Let us move one step closer to see how Jesus is with us.
John 15: 3-5 ‘3Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. 4Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. 5I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.’
In John 15 Jesus makes it clear that we are a part of his body. As Jesus is the church of which we are the members, so also are we the branches of the vine; which is Jesus Christ. The body or the branches of God’s vine are all one in Jesus Christ.
We therefore have to find the true body before we will be able to be part of the chosen. Those who are drawn to this body will be taught by God and created into the image of the Son. This is the reason why the members of the body have so much power; as they have become the vessels and temples in which God lives.
The Jesus spirit entered into his disciples and created them to become beings of light. Jesus made spiritual copies of Him within His disciples which gave them His own power to be God’s sons; as it still is today.
John 14: 12 ‘12Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do.’
According to this text some might understand that the power was given to the human body, which is not.
The power remains that of God; as Christ and Father merely makes their abode within us for us to become His children. The power we attain is therefore not our own but Christ which has made the vessel His own.
Ephesians 4: 13 ‘13Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.’
Ephesians 4: 13: Basically describes our complete journey, from the beginning where we enter the path, where Jesus is born and has to be magnified within us, to the end.
In Matthew 16 Jesus gave the keys to God’s kingdom to man whereby we received power to bind in heaven and on earth.
There are no physical keys to unlock a door in the kingdom of God. These keys are codes that Jesus revealed to His disciples which gave Peter the power to bind and unbind in heaven and on earth.
Matthew 16: 18-19 ‘. . . That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 19And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.’
The disciples of Jesus attained all the more power and wisdom on their path whilst following Jesus.
Not only did God give us the keys to His kingdom, he also gave us power to remit people their sins or retain them.
John 20: 19, 22-23 ‘. . . Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. 22And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: 23Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whosesoever sins ye retain, they are retained.’
In John 20 Jesus gives us the power to forgive people their sins or retain them. Again: The power was not given to the human, as the human is merely an animal. Solely when Jesus has made his abode within us, will the power of God be within such spirit.
In John 20, Jesus breathed upon His disciples: This was not literally breathing upon them. People understand these teachings literally and fantasise about the Bible and these miracles. Some even attempt to perform these miracles them-selves, which will never happen. These are merely codes and have to be understood spiritually before we will be able to perform these miracles for ourselves. He breathed upon his disciples by speaking to them, and not by merely blowing on them. The same as Adam in Genesis These codes will be revealed as we advance to other chapters. To Be a True Servant
We should never say that we are new-born Christians before discovering the true meaning of being re-born.
Some people say that they have been re-born and made God number one in their lives. We can never give our heart to the Lord of our own will. God chose us, we did not choose God. God shed His grace upon us to serve Him. It is God whom makes His abode within man, not man to give God a chance to let Him be served by us.
God will call us when we are ready to become part of Him. This does not mean that we should wait for God to call us. God is always calling us through his sons. We have to seek, but it will always depend on the purity of our hearts on when God will conquer the darkness within us.
To say that I have placed God first in my life, will also mean that I have the power to place Him last. We should never give God a placing in our lives. We should beg of Him to allow us into His Kingdom, even as the least and smallest servant therein, and that will be more than we could ever hope for.
Serving God is a lifelong race which we have to complete. It does not remain a race though; once we become part of the light, we will have reached our destiny. At this time we will become free of the world as we will then have conquered the darkness of the human mind.
It honestly is such a waste of precious time to remain in the darkness. This is not always necessarily the individuals fault, as the darkness is all we know before we are introduced to the light. But once we have had a glimpse of God’s true light, our minds will change drastically.
Satan makes us believe that this illusion is reality and in this way bind us to the darkness. He makes us love the world and magnifies our sense of greed to own as much wealth as possible.
Believe me; this is all false and merely lasts to the grave. Nothing compares to the reality of eternal life.
Those who realize the truth about their journey would seek God’s kingdom without hesitation. Finding God’s love is the same as winning the lotto which pays out every day. I have quoted a few texts on what it will be like for those who finds the true path.
Matthew 13: 44 ‘44Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field. 45Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls: 46Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.
Once we find the true path, we shall leave everything we used to cherish in life to pursue our quest. Nothing in this world will be more important to such spirit.
Then; if by the grace of God, we continue by shedding our blood we will inherit eternal life.
God will remain within the chosen for as long as we do not return to the world and its lusts. Those who remain in God’s Light until the soul is set free at the end of their journey will have reached the end of the race.
That is the easy part; what about your responsibilities and where does it all start?
Charity begins at home, which brings us to an extremely important matter. Why are there so many young people from Christian families that turn away from God?
