The soul is more important to protect than the physical body.
Spirits within Man’s Heart
In the human heart or mind there are different spirits present; some of these spirits represent the darkness and others the light. These spirits are mentioned in the Bible as being animals, but in code.
I have quoted a few texts from the Bible in which various animals are mentioned. We will discuss these animals and attempt to crack the codes and thereby gain a better understanding of what God is teaching.
Ecclesiastes 3: 18 ‘18I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that they themselves are beasts.’
The creatures of darkness are in control of the mind for as long as Christ’s spirit is not yet in control of our hearts. Some people are aware of them but do not know that these are animal spirits controlling us. We merely accept these spirits as being moods or personality disorders controlling our emotions reactions. These spirits of darkness are almost impossible to control at times; especially when they manifest in the form of anger, hate and lust —to name but a few.
Spirits becomes manageable as soon as we are able to identify and thereby control them. In this following text which I quoted from the book of Matthew, we are compared to wolves. The spirit of the wolf lies deep within people’s hearts that are ruthless and uncaring. These spirits, who are merely uncontrolled thoughts, have the power to change one from being an angel, to that of a devil in an instant.
Matthew 7: 15 ‘15Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.’
Example: One might be in a peaceful mood the one moment, when an unforeseen occurrence suddenly replaces the peace with anger. This way, the lamb spirit is replaced by that of a wolf in an instant. It is therefore important to identify these spirits as this is where our struggle against the darkness lies; within our own hearts.
For as long as we are not able to identify them, they will remain in control. It is impossible to conquer something we cannot control. We face these spirits daily but because we do not understand the codes from the Bible we will never learn to eliminate them.
Example: We judge people who are controlled by evil spirits and we even name them. For instance; we accuse people of being swine or dogs when they misbehave. The truth is that the human is merely an animal which has to be transformed to God’s image; and we are transformed to God’s image when we rid the heart of these spirits of darkness.
Luke 10: 3 ‘ . . . Behold, I send you forth as lambs, among wolves.’
In this text, the children of Jesus are compared to sheep, as they are to be slaughtered by those who have the spirit of wolves. Not physically, but solely the fact that some people would not accept the teachings of God and therefore despise and curse the Lamb of God.
Matthew 7: 6 ‘6Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine’s, lest they trample them under their feet.’
It will depend on the individual, on what spirit we allow to control us in different situations, moods or states of our mind. The one moment, the Lamb might be in control of the body and the swine the next. These creatures of the mind have ruined countless lives of innocent people in the past. And for as long as we do not understand the mysteries and warnings of the Bible we will be used by Satan to hurt people we love without understanding why.
Example: We do and say things in anger which is totally out of our control at times. We might utter cruel words, hurt, or even kill somebody in anger if we do not understand how these powers of light and darkness are managed. Satan takes total control over the mind and body by which we say and do things beyond our control.
I am sure that most of us have had these experiences; where we hurt or said something to someone in anger. The moment we calm down we feel like somebody completely different to the person who took control of our body. We sometimes hate ourselves for allowing us in becoming that somebody we hate and do not want to turn into. One might feel that we want to separate ourselves from that other person, but honestly have no control over him/her.
The same applies to the states of mind I have mentioned where the cities of God and Satan are concerned. In Egypt, Sodom and Gomorrah the spirit of God is held captive; whereas Satan will be the prisoner in Israel or Jerusalem.
The Poor in Spirit
Matthew 5: 3 ‘3Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.’
Code: What is God teaching us by saying that we should be poor in spirit?
Some people say that the poor in spirit are those who are mentally handicapped. Let us see what the meaning of being rich in spirit is first; and then reverse the meanings
One will be rich in spirit, when we host many spirits in our heart. We have discussed basically this same topic in the birth of Jesus where our stable was filled with many animal spirits. One will therefore be rich in spirit when we are controlled by many moods, habits, and lusts.
God wants us to rid our hearts of them; but how will we accomplish this?
Answer: The only way to control them is by the spirit of man which is created in God’s image. Man has dominion over all animal spirits.
Genesis 1: 25 ‘26And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.’
Many might not be aware of this fact; but Adam is the son of God according to Luke 3: 38. We will therefore be poor in spirit when we have conquered all spirits within our hearts which is not from God. The only remaining spirit will be that of God, which was named man. By having only the one spirit controlling our hearts, it will render us poor in spirit.
