Why do we have to suffer all the time?

Do we understand why life pushes us around some times?

We have reached page 106 and Tomorrow we will be looking at how to escape the pain we endure in this world. God bless you all. This is the beginning:

Matthew 10: 38-39 ‘38And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. 39He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.’

Many Christian’s are under the impression that they are following Jesus by attending a church service once a week. This is most definitely not the way to give our lives to God.

For as long as we are free from God’s prison we will not be on the path. We therefore become prisoners of the Lord when we live under God’s rules seven days a week.

We become prisoner, when we obey the warden and those who we are imprisoned by. Moreover, when one is imprisoned by Satan, we will not be able to refrain from partaking of his pleasures. Satan controls the bodies and minds of his prisoners.

For some of us to understand the unseen spirit, I will use a physical example first.

As a prisoner, I have adhered to the rules and commands of the warden watching over me. I will have no freedom, as the steel bars and walls will be the boundary and limit of my movement.

How will we escape and be free for ever, without having the fear of being recaptured?

We have to die. Once I have died, the prison will have no more control over me, as I shall be freed from the boundaries and bars of my prison.  The body remains behind, but the spirit will be free to walk through the prison walls and bars as if they did not exist.

In spirit, the rules are the same concerning this matter: The mind is the prison of the soul, which is light. We therefore die by conquering the ego, greed and lusts for the physical world which prevents us from serving God. When we have overcome the carnal world, Satan’s rules and laws will have no more power over us. He will not be able to lead us away from God with his lies and deception of this illusion; as the mind will have died.

I will not physically have left the body, or died. No; I am saying, that when we become spiritually minded beings or re-born, we will have conquered the mind; which used to be us. The new being will be linked to God and not the world, which is the light that conquered the darkness.

Ephesians 4: 22 ‘22That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts.’

The first and most important rule to obey in this process is to become likened unto children.  No person will recognise the voice of God without becoming childlike.

The Goliaths of this world will never accept the fact that they have to change; they will always know better. Our ego keeps us captivated in the dark and separated from Jesus. Not that this makes big sinners of us, but the ego separates us from heaven and that of light. (This is the great gulf between heaven and hell as mentioned in Lazarus and the rich man: Luke 16)

As I have mentioned before, God will not judge us for not having the light; but once we have received the light the judgement is activated. The fact remains that the ego of the human prevents us from listening to the Word from the mouth of God.

The time before the Light of God is revealed to us we are imprisoned by total darkness and are not aware of this fact. Satan controls the mind of such individuals and they therefore consider themselves to be very wise.

How will we conquer the human wisdom? If we think ourselves to be wise, let us become unwise for God to give us true wisdom.

1 Corinthians 3: 18-19 ‘18Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. 19For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God.’

In other words: Those who consider themselves to be grownups become likened unto a child, and God will magnify us to his image as a strong man and soldier in His heavens.

Escaping our prison

The process of escaping the prison is sometimes a lifelong transformation for us to go through. No person will ever receive the light from God and then become whole the same day. Conquering the darkness is a long and hard process to endure.
